As of October 5, 2024, the Land and Soil jurisdictions are back, active and recognized. What does this mean? To answer this properly, you need to comprehend:

1. What has been going on,
2. What has changed and
3. Know all you need to know about your political status.

What has been going on?

The short version, the Brits, working with Abraham Lincoln, global Bankers, BAR attorneys and others, substituted a foreign, for-profit, corporate government structure for our true unincorporated American government. The Brits, as subcontractors providing certain government services, did exploit the post civil war chaos and implemented a substitute government which they have managed ever since, circa 1862.

What has changed?

The discovery of this unlawful substitution scheme was identified and steps have been taken over the past 25-30 years to identify and recognize our American government, reclaim stolen and misappropriated assets, forcing specific corporate entities into bankruptcy and notifying all involved of their roles, their crimes, etc. In 2019, as part of a government reconstruction, all 50 states were called into session, where each state would build and establish its own General Assembly, Militia Assembly, Jural Assembly and International Business Assembly, see to the operation of each so each unincorporated state government could seat itself and replace the state franchised corporate governments, respectively.

Know all you need to know about your Political Status.

Generally speaking, for those born in America, you were born an American State National ob whichever state you were born on; South Carolinian, Virginian, Alaskan, etc.

Using your birth certificate application, state officers did unlawfully convert you to a U. S. Citizen and then used propaganda and public pressure to sell you, me, all of us, that being a U. S. Citizen was the grandest title in the world, so much so, people leave their home countries in droves at the slightest chance to become one.

Being labeled a U. S. Citizen is actually about two things:

1. Casting you as a U. S. Citizen converts you from a living man or woman into property (as in chattel) subjecting you (obliging you) as property of the British royals, and;
2. It affords control of your inheritance, your property and all assets to the State of State and ultimately to the British royals and the Pope, and’
3. It changes your classification from a “living people with a soul” to a “dead ‘corpse’ and an asset with commercial value.”
4. As commercial assets, perpetrators buy bonds on every opportunity presented: Birth, Enrollments and transfers for schooling, Baptisms – Christenings, Enlistments into the military, Graduations, Employment and job changes, Driver’s licenses, Marriage licenses, Buying a home or real property, opening bank accounts, investment accounts – anything and everything tied to that very important Social Security number. Each event is followed with a bond purchase which grows in value in a private undisclosed trust which is then followed with life insurance policies with face amounts at twice the investment; if you live long, they win – if you die, they win!
5. Then the securities purchased are bundled, then bought and sold just as any other commodity. The less you are paid in your job, the better ROI for the company. The same is true with the securities linked to you. A safe driver differently than an unsafe driver, which is why they link your insurance scores to your credit scores.

And this is why it’s referred to as “corporate slavery.” In your job, the more you do that falls outside (above and beyond) your job description, the greater your “worker score” and that too, effects your security values; well, as long as they don’t pay you above and beyond their budgeted value.

So, while there is no mandate for you to correct your political status, you can at least see how they’ve exploited you as a U. S. Citizen. What? Still need more to justify in your mind sufficient reason to correct your status?

1. U. S. Citizens are considered share holders in the fraudulent corporations. As share holders, you are also liable for the debts of those corporations and your assets, (autos, cycles, boats, real properties, etc.), were used as collateral for the corporate borrowing. This means, because you have been kept in the dark, your assets were used to secure national, state or local loans on behalf of foreign entities (which walk scot-free) from all financial responsibilities.
2. Are you getting this? YOU ARE LIABLE for debts others made.

So, maybe now you feel differently? Technically, the only ones who are supposed to be U. S. Citizens are 1) those employed directly in some form of government service and 2) their dependents. Incidentally, these are the only one’s ever required to pay income taxes.

Now. Now. What’s done is done. No reason to get pissed now! After all, above information just shared with you how to exit the corporate slavery, the fraud, the income taxes, licensing, etc. And more good news! Excluding proper postage and recording fees, correcting your status is free. And in the name of full disclosure, the process isn’t as simple as completing one form and you’re done. But it’s manageable and can be completed in a few months if that’s your focus.

Other Things You Should Probably Consider:

1. There’s a fair amount of reading involved, reading you much comprehend in order to steer the proper path.
2. The more history, that is truthful history you learn, the more sense this all makes and the more confident you will become.
3. You will need to decide if you will or will not become part of the unincorporated State and/or County government. This is an important role and should not be decided just on what you know at this stage. You can watch for a future article on this topic.
4. Correcting your political status does transition you from one jurisdiction (the water – admiralty and ) to another superior jurisdiction (the Land and Soil); this is important to understand because American Common Law is typically more harsh and finite, some say more barbarian that the current system. But, for men and women used to morally sound lives, living in truth and honor should have no issues.

How you proceed is entirely up to you, but this decision can be your first of many in your journey of self-governing. Rejoining the “people” of our nations will afford you more freedom but also comes with accountability. There is no room for social justice, where viewers are manipulated to act on feelings over portrayed victims; rather, you will be stepping into a world of facts and proof and evidence, you will watch as others learn to represent themselves instead of handing control over to representatives, like we’ve all grown used to and disgusted with over the decades.
