The purpose of any government is to protect both the people and their assets. (period) And generally speaking, this has been our focus on North Carolina. That said, with limited resources, limited knowledge, and a member body still in its infancy, our focus remains on constructing our true unincorporated government, as it was intended. Again, with general confirmation, our confidence was growing nicely, all things considered.

The truth is, this entire website would never have been assembled if not for the unbelievable actions being forced on The North Carolina Assembly. So let’s review the background first.

Background:

Readers should know, North Carolinian’s aren’t doing anything out of line or underhanded; they’re simply reconstructing their proper State government. In fact, each of the fifty (50) states of the union was called into open session in 2019 to do exactly that – to reconstruct their respective unincorporated State government.

Following the secession of the southern states prior to the Civil War (a mercenary conflict), the American government was unable to meet quorum. Following the conflict, the confusion made it possible for our British subcontractors to instigate a sleight of hand switch-a-roo, where they substituted themselves as a for-profit corporate entity called “the” United States of America, Inc. in place of our true unincorporated American government called “The” United States of America.

Along about September 25 2024, The North Carolina General Assembly (GA) was finally making progress. The GA had finally reached a level of stability and order by approving and implementing our Guidelines, Processes and Decorum of operations. And having planned a special vacation/wedding anniversary cruise for two years, our Coordinator and his wife takes a vacation. Knowing the State doesn’t go on-hold just because of a vacation, the GA had scheduled two weekly meetings off, but all remaining committee meetings were to carry on as usual. Then, it happened. Hurricane Helene tracks across western North Carolina causing floods, power outages, failed communications, internet outages, etc., and certain members seized the opportunity.

Eight members, led by Niti Bali, contacted Anna Maria and claimed Domenic had abandoned the state and shut down the GA so he could vacation in the middle of this weather emergency situation, and that our Martial at Arms, Cynthia Pinkston, had been forced to evacuate and was unreachable; and that there was an immediate need to step in on behalf of our General Assembly. And knowing nothing she was told about TNCA for certain, Anna Maria immediately calls for a halt to all GA activities and declared a Committee of the Whole emergency meeting. With this decision, she elected to force feed eight (8) volunteers* as the “New Coordinator Team” on North Carolina. Damned all vetting requirements! Forget any Assembly endorsements! And damned the Assembly processes requiring votes of approval by the GA; Anna Maria speaks and viola – North Carolina has a new Coordinator team with instructions to “reset” the Assembly.

And so people understand, these eight (8) volunteer coordinators have now held three (3) meetings where they simply blocked those people who stand opposed to their “no accountability” twisted narrative. When asked, “oh we haven’t blocked anyone from any call; it’s technology related.” Funny how the technology never blocked my meeting access before? Also funny that the only one’s experiencing “technology issues” are those that have objected, those who stand opposed to the fraud, the lies, the lack of accountability.

Coordinators – Team of Eight (8):

So it’s clear to everyone, One day into a thousand year flood and recovery was not even a thought yet, but the new Coordinators and their invisible capes were on the job! The decision was disseminated to members after everyone directly impacted by Helene had lost all communications. The eight volunteers ironically compose a group of people who felt they weren’t accommodated by the GA and as such, went on to submit biased and deceitful testimonials to the federation to pressure for the sanction or removal of Domenic and our Marshal at Arms. They claimed that the General Assembly had:

• Excluded them from receiving meeting invitations when in fact, they chose to exclude themselves from those meetings;
  • But the truth is Invitations are sent to all assembly meetings to all assembly members if they’ve provided an active email address.
• Taken or stolen their voice from the GA and prevented them from speaking at assembly meetings;
  • But actually, they were allowed to speak, but failed to listen; they wanted to conduct “committee business” during assembly meetings. When explained they could and should attend the meeting(s) addressing their topics/concerns, they chose not to participate.
• “Offered no progress and no solutions since its inception;”
  • But actually, the GA has eliminated the “Jerry Springer-like” chaos from all meetings, focused on business, over-all order and training to meet a seatment target date for the first time, ever, and because they had chosen to distance themselves, missed both the progress and the opportunities to act on their own critiques.
• “Offered no member orientation, or organization, or proper education to welcome people home to the Land and Soil;”
  • But, the truth is our General Education committee has been working hard to address the missing orientation, but are far too short of dedicated members willing to commit to completing the process.
• “Yelled at them and told them to self-govern, that there was no leadership to teach them, and there was no constructive or responsible help or remedy;”
  • But they fail to recognize what self-governing entails (as is illustrated by their own critiques);
    • things like stepping up to teach, and that none of those teaching are teachers obligated to teach them (like in the defacto school system);
    • things like those teaching are those who are self-governing and teaching themselves, and verifying the steps via both independent and critical thinking;
    • things like “help” and “remedy” are indoctrinated terms from the defacto, all part of affirmative action programs, they have become accustomed, even entitled too, and that no such systems will exist as part of Land law.

Needless to say, members on North Carolina’s General Assembly are pissed!

And… then… From Our Fiduciary:

As if the coup wasn’t enough, the Fiduciary took a position of authority on the state related issues – absent anything more than:

1. Eight to ten“unverified” testimonials, and;
   1. While the entire meeting videos are public record and available for clear context and your review, you can find the specifics of claimed discrimination and the initial deceptions that started this battle here.
2. A biased explanation from Niti Bali who had already gone on public record compromising her own integrity by using false statements and twisted facts to avoid accountability, and paint herself a victim of the Assembly. From this, she forces eight (8) new, un-vetted, unqualified coordinators on the state without state input or approval. She may have acted within her fiduciary interests, but her actions were both overboard and unjustified. It almost seems our federal peacekeepers, Anna included, interpret their roles over the states necessary because, well we simple-minded State Nationals just aren’t capable of objectively assessing behaviors of others; and make no mistake, this is exactly what Anna feared as she overruled and entire State’s General Assembly guidelines, (voted on and approved by the GA).

Now, Tuesday 22 – 2024, Anna suggests to the audience that it was North Carolina’s General Assembly idea to switch from normal operations as a GA and State government to a Committee of the Whole. This is NOT TRUE! She says North Carolina invited her in to the meeting (inferring as part of the transition); also NOT TRUE!  And if she genuinely believes that is the case, there are two questions that must be addressed by The North Carolina Assembly.

1. Who told her it was the General Assembly’s idea to change to a Committee of the Whole, and that the GA was okay stopping all work and progress underway?
2. As no such topic was ever raised in a GA meeting, SUCH A GENERAL STATEMENT must be based on lies provided by WHOMEVER TOLD HER, and dissecting these details is the only way those involved, and those effected (as in the unaware assembly members) to attain the clear deceptions and the motives behind them.
   1. And if Anna is under the impression the Emergency Meeting she introduced the COTW concept was approval, then the same committee can simple meet to end the absurdity.

Yes! Listen up.

So no one walks away with the wrong idea, Anna mandated that North Carolina change over to a COTW or be dissolved. She did so based on information (described above), which was, at best, far from true, complete, or accurate! If this had been a friendly meeting, there would have been no need to mandate attendance; there would be no reason to refer to our respected Coordinator or our dedicated and hard working Marshal at Arms, wait for it…. “YOU FUCKING BASTARDS!”

For the other forty-nine (49) states out there, comprehend this very clearly. Anna has compromised her own words by overstepping and doing exactly what she’s advised us all not to do. And if she does it on North Carolina, she will do it elsewhere. What you should know about your federation peacekeepers:

• They are the only Americans apparently capable of objective assessment, unbiased interpretation and sound judgment of others.
• Long-term indoctrination “with an extra cup of liberalism” is present and practiced by our fiduciary, our federation and our peacekeepers, especially with respect to self-proclaimed victims (no evidence, just on their words).
• Our fiduciary is just as guilty of allowing her own personality conflicts motivate her personal responses, as retaliation, just as any other, but cannot be allowed to overlook it.
  

  Let her own explanation of how she called our Coordinator and Marshal at Arms “Fucking Bastards” when she feels forced to choose wrongly, and against an entire state assembly.

If you’re part of an assembly on another state, especially a Coordinator or an elected officer, like Marshal at Arms, Anna will swing her iron fist once someone whines long enough. We’re supposed to be reconstructing a government that protects the people and their assets; Anna’s still hung up protecting the boy who cries “Wolf!” Folks, the newly instituted land law is supposed to be based on facts in evidence and justice. It’s supposed to end, or least drastically reduce those who twists truth to support a false narrative. Instead, we’ve got another bleeding heart sitting on a throne forcing others to do as she bids, or else. If you believe this won’t happen to your state, think again.

Now, Anna’s claimed she doesn’t have time to listen to everyone, or research to find truth in every claim made; that it’s not her job. Wow! An epiphany! Well, then Anna, stay the hell out of state business. Allow the state’s GA to conduct it’s business and focus on whatever it is you’re supposed to be doing!

Who’s in charge? The people, except when Anna Maria says “you’re crapping on my faves!” Federal authority is not supposed to impose its mandates on the North Carolinian people, especially with no verifiable or sound due diligence. She acted primarily on the input of one primary complainant, and her personal frustrations with two personalities on the state, one of which is employed by the federation. She addressed or labeled them as “Fucking Bastards” in written form while one was on vacation (thinking he wouldn’t receive the email for some time) and the other was presumed lost (not knowing if the recipient would ever even see the email).

Folks, we’ve all got to identify our respective indoctrination gremlins and deal with them. And, it will take time. Anna has her own. The question is – will she deal with hers before it haunts your reconstruction efforts? We’re all watching to see:

• How the coordinators – 8 performs?
• How the fiduciary addresses her mistakes?
• And How the fiduciary mends fences, herself?
