General Assembly – In Session
Getting Started:
In 2019, our Federation of States coordinated to call all 50 union states’ General Assembly’s into session. And since, all 50 states have been unlearning and relearning and discerning the steps required to seat each state. This in and of itself constitutes news for most because most are clueless of these facts. But you came here for more than an simple announcement and this article introduce the major parts of an unincorporated State Assembly, it’s requirements to be a member, and will focus mostly on the body called The General Assembly.
Activating the General Assembly is a first step to reconstructing the American State government. If you recall, prior to the “Civil War,” actually a mercenary conflict, the Northern and Southern States were divided. Since this article isn’t about the cause of that division itself, we’ll just stay with the southern States seceded from what was the union of States. And because of the chaos post-conflict, our British subcontractor, the underhanded bandits they were, and continue to be today, stepped in and substituted themselves as an incorporated version of our true unincorporated American government. With help from select conspirators, (inclusive of bankers, BAR attorneys, and other traitors), they did successfully introduce and elect the first corporate president, Mr. Abraham Lincoln – Esquire who’s job was to “act” as our unincorporated American President.
You see, people knew of the need to reconstruct the government, but failed to pay attention who was actually carrying out the reconstruction. And instead of reconstructing the true American government, the Brits and fellow perpetrators simple sent America’s government to the beauty parlor for a few modifications which were never intended to be part of our true government. Yep, we, they (because we weren’t actually there) failed to pay attention and catch the beginning of the greatest fraud in our American history. The consequence of which has cost us so much: loss of life in all the unnecessary mercenary conflicts, debtor over creditor status, corporate slavery for six generations, etc.)
Now, we can talk about today’s unincorporated State government body. First, each state is physically defined with its own metes and bounds; this land belongs to the people and not to any incorporated government. Next, each state is its own nation, aka a nation-state; this means that our union of States is a union of nations. We are not one nation of 50 states. We are 50 independent and sovereign nation-states.
And within each State government, there are four separate pillars:
- The General Assembly Pillar
- The Militia Assembly Pillar
- The Jural Assembly Pillar
- The International Business Assembly Pillar
For the Assemblies:
The first thing to complete is the 1) Guideline of Operations to define what the Assemblies and Committees will do, and to establish a 2) Meeting Decorum to define how the Assemblies and Committees will conduct themselves when operating.
will be Each of these four (4) Assemblies operates its own host of committees which reports back to their respective Assembly pillar. And then Assemblies 2, 3, and 4 above all report back to 1, the General Assembly pillar. What does this mean? Fundamentally, it means all work, development, arguments, in-depth discussions happens in the committees responsible. When a proposal is finalized and approved within the committee, it is nominated as an addition to the agenda on that committee’s respective pillar for presentation and a vote in an upcoming meeting.
Once presented, the idea is subject to questioned and brief discussion; when questions are satisfied, the items is voted – for or against. If for, the process is repeated with the General Assembly; if rejected or questions aren’t satisfied, the idea is returned to committee for reconditioning and re-submission or to be terminated. The process is designed to allow as many eyes and minds to see, question and evaluate every idea (aka contract, guideline, process, etc.) such that the people/People on the State are honorably and openly represented with safety and security in mind.
Short-cut:
- All work is done in committee(s).
- Assemblies entail 1) Presentations, questions and light discussion, and votes, and to 2) Introduce new ideas, concerns, etc. so they can be steered to the appropriate committee.
For the Members – “Self-Governing”:
This being the case, it is vitally important for people choosing to participate in the general assembly to know what is being considered, if they choose to vote. Each member is a fiduciary of sort for their fellow man on their State. It’s equally important to pay close attention and to ask questions, avoid accusations and confrontations, and to be present for all votes when possible.
We “the people” are the Government and it’s our responsibility. It’s not designed to delegate to others like we’ve all been taught; rather it’s designed to involve you, everyone of us. Remember, when you’re not forced to work like a dog, all the time, you will have time to govern.
Self-governing, the term, is widely misused because is broadly misunderstood. Self-governing is managing yourself to operate within your own square, space, property or boundary, whatever the adjective entails. If you are properly and responsibly self-governing, you will have no troubles with the governing body. If, however, you act recklessly or irresponsible, you are likely to violate or trespass on others, which can be a huge problem.
